Connect Differently: Visionary Organizing for Nonprofit Stakeholders is a training that resolves the conflict between staff who have taken Vision Differently and a board and volunteers who have not by creating a shared understanding of the organization’s work and way of being amongst all stakeholders. Continuing from Vision Differently, Connect Differently ensures shared understanding and alignment of values and the organization's vision among ALL key stakeholders (leaders, board-members, employees, volunteers, etc), thus building a stronger organizational core and team.
